I ordered the product on 2/3/12 order #35780. According to my order confirmation, my trial period ends 2/18/11 (a Saturday). I received the product 2/8/12 in the mail so I called to cancel it because I realized I would only have 10 days to try it out so I called and cancelled the order.

However without my knowing it my husband ordered the product for me as well but on 2/4/12 order #36367 when I learned about the second order I tried to call to cancel it on 2/18/12 which was again on Saturday and their customer service/return office was closed. So I then called on Monday 2/20/12 to cancel and return the 2nd order.

They told me that they would not take back the second order, it was after the return date and were not responsible when two people in the same household place an different orders. I called as instructed to cancel within the allowed time period regardless of which order we refer to and my phone records indicate this.

No where in their Terms and Conditions nor on the order confirmation does it state that that returns are only handled Mon-Fri. If I can place and order 24/7 I should be able to process my cancellation 24/7 unless it is disclosed in advance that is the case.

I realize that this situation is unusual however even though I do not expect to receive two special offers in one household their 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee should still apply and allow us to call and cancel for "any reason" as stated. I read through the terms and conditions and did not see a separate return policy for a second party in the same household who orders their product and wants to return it within the initial 14 Day period.

We are not trying to scam them out of their product and have the unopened bottle ready to be returned.
