i dont have proof but i think dell is f;ing around with my computer so that i can purchase a new one. they took over my computer and downloaded their system mechanics professional on it so i can stop having problems .it didnt work so they turned it off from their side. now if i purchased anti virus from them why didnt they send the software to me? they have control of it so they can give me protection or take it away. im confused.
