I turned my laptop on and a message popped up telling me that my laptop had a virus. I could not do anything else on my computer until I downloaded their crap. The advertisement stated to try their crap for free for 15 days, there was no way to cancel this, however there is a nice charge on my credit card. This is a bunch of CRAP!!!!! I am sorely PISSED!!!!!!! What can I do about this?
