- Your complaint is against the wrong company. You need to complain to pay-bizcom.com, who is a billing service for muffia.com. This can be confirmed by calling the phone number that is listed with the charge. Bizcom.com is in no way associated with these sites. We have had to deal with hundreds of billing inquiries for this company.
