I ordered these boots for my daughter for christmas in the beginning of December and never heard from them after several emails and then I complained to paypal and received a tracking number. The boots arived on December 28th and when we opened the package the chemical oder was so bad we had to take it outside. I own other ugg boots and noticed right away that they are fake uggs. I have reported to paypal of this problem and was denied my money back. I am soo angry about this and my daughter didnt get her uggs she wanted. Still in the box out in the shed. What a shame!
