I ordered boots from Uggvo stating they were the original UGG boot. I was charged for the boots and received them 5 weeks later. They were the wrong size and knock offs. They did come in what appeared to be an Ugg boot box but the size ordered was not what was received and they did not match what they advertised or what the original boot looked like in our local department store. Luckily, I paid for them thru PayPal, which I do all of my online shopping. I emailed the seller offering to ship them back to get the right size and had no response. I made a complaint with PayPal and sent them the email I had sent the seller. The seller offered me $40.00. I declined, they did not fit my daughter and I had no use for them. After 10 weeks, I have received a message from my friend, PayPal, telling me that I will be reimbursed for this scam. AVOID UGGVO.
