Mr White Representing US Cash

I received a call from a Mr White, his first words to me were "Do you have a lawyer". He went on to say 300.00 had been deposited into my back account from some loan company and I didn't pay it back. He sited all these fraud charges that I was going to be charged with if I didn't pay it back. I hung up on him and he called back. He threatened me by telling me if I didn't pay it back I would have to go to court and there would be a jury. to cover himself he kept saying he was not trying to collect any money, just giving me warning. But if I wanted to give him the money I would receive documentation within 2 days that I had paid and then wouldn't have to go to court. He kept saying he was from some US fraud dept??? Just to be sure I checked my bank statement for November where he said I received 300.00 and didn't pay it back and no such deposit exists. Supposedly it was a 300.00 loan, since when does the US Internet Fraud Dept get involved in delinquent loans anyway. I did not receive 300.00 in November from anyone so I was not going to give this guy any money. This call came from Torrance CA. (Personal Info Removed).
