Got a call from Dan Copeland from County Check Services stating I had a fraudulent check case for a pay day loan in 2006. I asked for a validation of debt in writing and he said he could not provide that. He said he was not a collection agent but affiliated with the court. I said you are full of it and he proceeded to argue with me. Stated he was bringing criminal charges against me so I said go right ahead. I am not giving my credit card information without written validation of debt. He hung up and then called back stating I had two charges against me and hung up again. County Check Services are not affliliated with any court and the FBI has a warning not to give any information to them. So now Dan Copeland says I am going to get arrested and not to have any guns, drugs or animals in the house when he comes to get me. Let's see if he actually show up.

- Do not let county check services intimidate you. They are complete scammers according to FDCPA they are violating the law. Their goal is to not allow any paper trail. The best thing to do is to contact Federal Trade Commission. They need to get busted by the Feds and closed them down.
