I kept getting this popup that I could not close out warning me that my computer was at risk. I tried and tried and tried to get on line but coundn't. Finally I clicked on to purchase the spy ware program. When i went to use the program, there was no program. I checked my credit card to see what the charge was and this website was given (videocaverpro.com). I logged on to this site and there is NO contact information. The charge is still on my credit card and I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING! i NEED HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK>
