CHARGED 39.95 TO MY BANK CARD AND I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT THE INFORMATION BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE UNTIL IT CAME UP ON MY BANK STATEMENT. THEY KEEP ASKING ME FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND RECEIPT NUMBER AND I KEEP TELLING THESE PEOPLE I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. THEY SAID THEY NEED TO FIND MY AACOUNT TO HELP ME, IF THEY GOT MY MONEY OUT OF THE BANK, HOW DID THEY DO THAT? SEEMS TO ME THEY CAN PUT IT BACK IN THE BANK AS EASY AS THEY TOOK IT OUT. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THEY DID THE SAME THING TO ME A YEAR AGO AND I TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO NO AVAIL. SO ALL IN ALL THEY OWE ME 79.90. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
