They said i took out a payday loan of nov2010. I never authorized this. Since 2010 they have been deducting $90 twice a month from my bank account. I thought this was my student loan all this time because i never signed up for a payday loan. I've faxed over bank statments proving this and they are still trying to deduct from my bank account. I don't think it would take 2 years to pay off a $300 loan. They said it is the interested. They have robbed me for almost $3000! They are now listed under hydra fund II.

  • Same thing is going on with me right now. They have been taking out 60.00 every two weeks they told me that would pay off my 200.00 loan then when it should of been paid off on 2/17/12 I called an hydra funds II told me that it does not pay it off that way and that was the interest which makes no sense because honestly that should of been paid off of that was interest getting deducted outta my bank account.
