Ad claims "unlimited searches" for $49.98. Once on site, I searched a name to obtain a birth record. I was directed to pay more $ for this record. On another search, I tried to obtain a death record from Nevada. The site produced the same name from New Hampshire. It ran the same name 200 times down the page, and said that was the limit of # of names I could obtain. I tried to contact help through email, which was the only listed help. I received a response 3 days later, which told me, in effect, to go back and try again. Once again, same results. End game: false, misleading advertising; no appropriate response to technical issues; bait and switch with advertising "unlimited" but then asking for additional payments each time a record was requested.
