I signed up for what I thought was a background check for $34.85. After I purchased this report, I went on the website and typed in my name. The site listed me around 4 times and when I would go in to see the details of a report, it prompts me to pay even MORE money! I have been back and forth asking for a refund with this Heather person, she refuses to reimburse me because I looked up my name, a neighbor's name, she claims that I utilized the site. I did in fact, but I thought I had purchased unlimited access to reports. Not the case, I have to pay additional money to see them. I am just not happy at all and simply want a refund in the amount of $34.85. Thank you, Tammy
