I applied for a loan from Welcomeloans and have paid my £79.95 which has been taken out of my account. I recieved a letter from them dated 19 Septembrer 2011 requesting the £79.95 and that they shall endeavour to arrange pay-out of my loan of £2,500 within 5 working days. As you can see it is nearly 5 months. I have sent them numerous letters and emails but have had not reply back from them. With my 1st email they sent me the email below from:
Below are the answers to your questions. We can not discuss the progress of your application via email or by telephone as this is a breach of the data protection act. We have no way of verifying who you are. We are not allowed to confirm whether or not you have even made an application. How long does it take to get my loan after I pay my broker fee? Once you send your fee and signed application form back to us it generally takes 5 - 10 working days for the lender to contact you with an offer. In some cases however it may take up to 28 days to receive an offer from a lender. Please be patient as we are working hard on your behalf to arrange your loan, we apologise for any delay in the process of your application. How do I complain? Firstly, we apologise you are unhappy with our usually high standard of service. If you would like to make a complaint please put all complaints in writing as it is against data protection to respond via email and telephone. Send them to our complaints team: 151 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2JJ. We aim to issue a final response within 28 days of receiving your complaint. If you are unhappy with our response or wish to take your complaint further then you may contact the Legal Compliance Auditor at: Legal Assistance, Keekafar House, Station Road, Newton Stewart, DG8 9DZ. What if I receive a loan offer that im not happy with? We apologise you are unhappy with your offer, please take the time to consider it though, it may be the only offer we could source for you at the present time due to your circumstances. If you are still unhappy with the loan offer please write to us at: 151 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2JJ. Kind regards,

I have since sent them 3 letters and more emails only to hear nothing back form them.

Is there anything that can be done to get my £79.95 back ? If not then can anything be done to discredited this company for what they are doing?
