I requested for Welcome Loans to act on my behalf and gain a loan for me they charged £69.95 as their fee for doing so, which i was more than happy with. they informed me lenders would be in touch within 48hrs and the £69.95 wouldnt be taken until this happened. i waited 2 days without any joy so on the 3rd day asked via email for the contract to be cancelled. the next day payment waas taken from my bank after several emails they informed me it had to be in writing if i was wanting a refund which i did. they told me it would take up to 14 days for the claim to be done after 14 days i was still waiting so phoned the helpline to be told i have to wait 21 days and they couldnt help as they dont have clients details and they dont have a contact number for servicedesk and i had to keeep emailing for a responce. 15 emails later without response and i have realised they are a scam.
