I sent for free samples and they keep sending items that i did not ask for relift having been taking £100.oo pound a month from my bank account without my permission and Juveneu have been taking £59.oo pound a month out and in November 2011 they took two payments out both over £50.00. I have informed my bank, but unfortunately they will not be able to pay me back.Be aware do not sign up for free samples as it will cost you a lot of money and stress.
