PO#: 1122203410, COMPLAINT AGAINST "rtexport" of DHgate.com:

I ordered two New faucets from seller "rtexport" of DHgate, but I received two used/damaged faucets. I complaint to DHgate immediately and reached an agreement with seller that "rtexport" will send me all replacement parts. But "rtexport" did not keep promise; and without my consent, DHgate released my money to "rtexport".

I put a NEGATIVE feedback on "rtexport". He then contacted me saying if I revised the Negative feedback to Positive, he will send me all replacement parts. He urged me to revise feedback immediately saying there is a time limited. So I revised the feedback. But again, he did not send me any replacement parts. He also ignored all my messages; and my communication with this "rtexport" is also closed and blocked.

"rtexport" of DHgate is a shameless liar. Though we have reached mutual agreement TWICE but "rtexport" never follow our agreements. DHgate also work with their sellers, without my consent, released my money to him.

Just recently, I found in this seller's feedback, another Canadian also got scam by "rtexport" using the same method, selling Used/Damaged faucets as New.

This Shamelss seller "rtexport" not only scamming buyers in DHgate.com, but also in other online sites too. All potential buyers please pay attention to this buyer "rtexport".
