I was told there were viruses infecting by computer and I could buy the protection or continue on without protection. No matter how many times I chose to continue without protection it would not let me. I was unable to access any programs on or offline until I bought the protection. It said I could try it for 15 days free but then after purchase there was no program available on my computer to cancel it, only the charge on my card.
