It's a scam. It scans your computer and tells you the same amount of problems EVERY time. You cannot remove it from your computer until you figure it out by pressing enter and bypassing the add which prompts you to call them. When you call them you get to speak to someone in India.

- I paid $29.97 for this. Once I downloaded it, it wouldn't prompt me to enter my registration key. They suggested via email to uninstall it and re-install it. Tried that, but it wouldn't re-install. So I called them. Could barely understand the guy! All he did was try to talk me into subscribing to Best Buy geek squad or some other computer geek organization. So I requested a refund. As of Jan. 12th, I haven't heard from them in spite of sending them a refund request email every day. Big ripoff!
