BEWARE OF THIS SCAM..This company runs a scam.
Every time their technicians (premier technical support) touched my computer there were always more issues wrong with the computer. It finally reached the point that it was infected with malware from babylon which they downloaded. It also had a rootkit virus and a trojan horse. I was running norton 360 and they would turn it off for an hour at a time.
BEWARE OF This COMPANY.
It has cost me $200.00 to get my computer fixed. In addition to the $255.00 they scammed me out of.

Update: 11/05/2012

I entered the wrong dollar amount. The corrected dollar amount should be $603.97.

  • Just had to take the computer to best buy for a complete redo. The technician that was working on it said the PC CLEANER PRO 2012 had installed a user account with a password that couldn't be broken. PC CLEANER PRO 2012 if a very DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS.
