This was a recurring payment that occured on 1/16, but within a couple days of this date, I was unable to watch any videos from videobb on Sidereel.com. What upsets me the most, is when I try to contact them, not only will they not respond, they then froze my account for abuse?! I have no idea what they are talking about as I don't upload videos, I just watch them. Again, when I tried to contact them, I get no reponse at all. I have since cancelled my recurring payment but would like to get credited back the $9.99 for the month of January.
