My husband has no memory of ever setting up a video bb account and when we tried to figure out what it was we couldn't. We haven't seen anymore payments coming out till today I just got an e mail from PayPal for almost 500 dollars but that's not including the 3 years we were getting charged 10$ a month. This is a scam, and I don't see how it is legal for them to keep taking our money with numerous attempts to cancel and talk to someone. They don't have a way for you to contact them.
