I was on my computer and the next thing i know was i had this popup about viruses and buying this plan and I couldn't do anything, my computer was completely froze. So I purchased the program thinking it would fix things and NOTHING so I ended up taking my computer to office max for them to fix, which if I was computer savvy I would have bought a legit one and fixed it myself. Needless to say after spending way too much for OM to fix I have my computer back and am currently disputing the charge on my credit card, which also charged an additional $2.09 for foreign purchase. Oh and try to find contact info for these people, it isn't happening
