I ordered 3 bottles of red marine algae on october 23, 2011 and have yet to receive anything. I have asked for a refund and was told that the product was on back order. Then I asked for a refund again and they said that they would escalate it to their refund department. I have not received a refund or the product since October and have just gotten the run around.
