Ordered 8 Biofreeze, Rollon, 3 fl oz and 2 FreezeRx Roll-on, 3 oz. Order Number: 998669. They were very quick to accept my payment, but contacting them for my ordered was unbelievable!! After 3 weeks (which I was told to expect my order) I contacted the company by phone. What a joke that was so, I started contacting them via Email on their web site...another joke! After so long of notifying them, contacting them with concerns...every week over the last 7 months...I find out that my order had been CANCELLED. I didn't CANCEL the order and I have not received a repayment, a thank you for your donation, kiss my ass...nothing!! I filed complaints with the BBB with no results either!! I filed complaints with the WEB watchdogs...nothing! I can't believe that MyVitanet continues to have a Website to SCAM more people!
