First, they put a pop-up on my computer....then my computer wouldn't let me go in to my hotmail. I was alerted that there was a trojan virus infecting my computer and if I got this software it would remove it.....It was a scam and I am out $79.95. There was no virus in my computer....I also closed my credit card out.
