I ordered a free trial via the internet and paid the postage,which was more than they said,and I received my trial packs.I was checking my bank account online and to my horror on 19/01/2012 leancleanse8669429 had taken out £57.95.I went to my bank and they said theycouldn't do anything until I emailed the company.I did this straightaway but have heard nothing.Then to my amazement I noticed today they have taken another £57.11.I haven't given authorisation for these debits an dcannot afford them as I am on incapacity benefit.Please help.
