Taken in by web advert for trial slimming tablets for free. The trial Lean Slim Cleanse and Lean Slim Ultra were received and were a waste of time with no effect. On 06 April I received a further supply without my ordering them. I rang asking for return merchandise authorisation and was subject to abuse from the so-called advisor and was told that I would be receiving the second tablets as they had already been dispatched. I asked for the RMA and was told to wait until the other product was received. On 21 April I called the UK number and after 26mins. without reply I hung up and sent an 'e' mail requesting the RMA and return address. Received reply to call customer number only.
