did not authorize payment to be taken off my dcs card account. was charged $39.95....went to website to try and see what i was able to do since payment was made and it asked me to pay for services. there is no record on their site of the payment. my dcs card account however shows transaction. i am a single mother living in low income housing and only receive $200 a month in child support payments. that being my only source of income right now other than food stamps. what can i do about this?

Hi Rosemary,
When you purchase a historical record or perform a search on Archives.com, you have the option to sign up for a 7-day free trial membership. You can cancel during that period to avoid a charge. If you decide to keep the membership you will be billed for the $39.95 annual fee. If this wasn't what you were expecting, or if you feel you have been charged in error, we would be happy to issue a refund. However, we need more information to locate your account. Please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] or 1-888-896-4442. Sincerely, Chelsea-Archives.com. -
