I responded to an online offer of a free I Pad if I filled out a form through an organization called http://www.popularproductsonline.com/pop/contact. As I was going though the process, I realized that this was a scam that was going to require me to make mandatory purchases of goods I did not want so I immediately hit their link to "decline". It didn't do any good. I've been billed 9.99 twice by them for something called "Military History Alerts AND by True Digit for INFO ALERTS. That's a total of 39.96. My AT&T bill tells me to contact: http://notapplicable.com for the True Digit charge, but I found nothing on that site that even mentioned True Digit.
