This story is about Mr. Bruce Boyd of Roseburg, OR now aka slave_n_collar (eBay seller ID) His old seller name on eBay was dkl65 this took place between Oct 2010 till PRESENT

I was suppose to get a kit form; Capt Kirk's Command Chair Prop from STAR TREK shipped in 3 sections (wood only) in unfinished condition. All I got was the BASE in Oct 2010 and it was not even wood...

Bruce tried to scam me out of $350.00 on the second section ( was able to get that back with legal action on 04/26/2011) for parts that he never made or shipped to build a Capt Kirk's Command Chair (prop)

Our verbal agreement became a written agreement when Bruce Boyd aka slave_n_collar AKA dkl65 and I began communicating in Ebay regarding the Capt's Kirk Command Chair Prop via email. Once the first section (the BASE) was paid the sum of $325.00 for and shipped it was an contract... Bruce would contact me for next section and payment and so on.

FYI: a BASE (of the chair) that now I can not use that cost me $325.00 because he broke a contract and his word. He refused to refund the amount stated above because " I made it and shipped it and I owe you nothing more." BUT wait a second Bruce I said "How do I get the rest of my chair?" I made a contract with you. Bruce stated 'Will your just out of luck."

I want to share my failed experience with slave_n_collar AKA dkl65 to ensure other Star Trek Fans and Star Trek Prop Collectors won't make the same mistake with this individual.
