Just like another customer on your site, I ordered a ceramic Teapot for $13. Just like the other customer, my pot arrived in intact packages but the product was broken. I was told to ship it back for a full refund. When I protested that the shipping would cost more than the product, I was told to send a receipt for shipping and that would be reimbursed too. I did - the shipping was $14.62. I have sent numerous emails - I always get a sappy form letter response. I have had several claim numbers and have repeated my story over and over. I have supplied them with copies of all the email transactions and the delivery receipts several times. I still have not received my money back for the product or the postage. My current "request" complaint number is Request #108268. AVOID NOMORERACK - I have received a lot of crap from them, it always takes, months to receive your items, and their customer service sucks.

- This is just one of at least 50 form emails I have received rom this company. my request number is listed in my complaint. unless that is bugs too, they should have no trouble finding me. Try checking with "form letter" sending Yani or Joey or countless others . . .
