I ordered on12/26/2011 a Guess handbag Fallon Box Satchel 606394 from www.diorhandbags.eu which was discounted from $117.23 to $87.75, plus 15 $ for the shipment. On 01/06/2012 I got their email that my refund has been submit to the bank, and I will receive the refund within 30 days. Before that email I did not get any email that my order was cancelled or that they are not able to send it or that they are out of the stock. I got the refund but they did not return the whole amount since they kept 12,75 $ (9,45 €)which was meant for the shipment. So basically they took 12,75 $ from my account for doing nothing!
Refund Amount:90.0 USD

HI Sir,
I am wondering if you really did get the refund! Can I ask what did you do in order for them to refund you? It seems that other people complaining about fashionpay never managed to get a refund actually.
Could you please let me know? May be I can manage to get a refund.
Thanks alot -
