I always check my cell phone bill before paying and noticed it was higher than it should have been. There were two premium texting charges on my bill that were not authorized by me or my husband who is the account holder. Don't even know how it happened. We do not subscribe to any type of premium texting or anything extra when it comes to our cell phone plan...WE CAN'T AFFORD ANY EXTRA!!! As I'm sure most people feel the same way these days. I called U.S. Cellular.(very disappointed with them) They said I would have to take it up with the company so I did. I called the two #'s and had to leave a message. No one ever got back to me. I emailed 4 times...no reply. I called again a day later. One number was disconnected and the other was a constant busy signal. Called again in a couple of days, got through, and left 2 more messages. Called U.S. Cellular back, they said all they could do was block premium messaging on our phones but they could not reverse the charges. I have to pay! They said I will have to contact silicon investments group for a refund...Hmmmm...now thats a novel idea...NOT!!!
