I ordered 1oz scrap gold CPU pins for recovery from "useandreuse007 " for $47.99. It was to be a xmas "gift" to a friend I am trying to get into scrap gold, precious metals with-a bribe, in a big way. Not receiving item cost me this opportunity, and was worth much more to my future than cost. Seller, to save money, used an oversized box mailer vs. a tiny 3"x5" mailer, so the postal worker left it on "the porch"-i.e., outside mailbox within reaching distance of any passersby. Seller admits to using oversized box, without giving a reason why-this would have fit in a thimble! when I complained "If I'd known you were going to use such a large box, I'd have gotten it insured", he said "we don't offer insurance or ask for signatures on such small purchases"-my $48 was in his hands, to heck with my needs. I am a Paraplegic, and was denied a reasonable accomodation for their "Guaranteed Buyer's Protection"-they gave this gimp hoops to jump through that I could not-no reasonable accomodation available to me as ADA Fed law requires of them. Phone CS was a terrible joke. I'm a very poor disabled man, but this is way beyond $47.99-they've stomped out my rights and every last ounce of dignity I may have had...Corporate America, tromping on little guy-Never got to present my side to them-made 2 decisions (1 on my "appeal"-what a joke) without ANY input from me-seems like our US Judicial system-send the innocent black man to prison for 23 years-oops, mistake(s)? Sorry boy-here's some hush money-w/out the money-or any K-Y!
