I have never use the messages ,but they charged me for it.When I got the phone they did NOT say that they would charge me money for texting.I don't even text.In the contract they didn't say that I have to pay money for texting.I now want to cancel it and I want my money back.When I called the company they said that I have to do this so now I'm doing this because of the very bad service.I think that Rogers has very bad service because it is very easy to start something but it is very hard to cancel something.I have to do this for no reason at all!!If this continues than I am not EVER going to use Rogers again.Probably after my three year contract I will switch to Telus or Bell or something that IS NOT ROGERS.I don't get why you would charge me something that I don't even use.That is why I m typing this!!

- um... texting isnt free.. with any company. rogers, bell or telus unless you have an unlimited text plan, or pay for a separate text plan...
