I called Rogers today to temporarily suspend cable tv service at a location where we have cable tv and internet service. Rogers refuses to cancel one without the other. I must have the internet service as it controls the heat in that location. Rogers knows full well that it can suspend one of the services but it refuses to do so. This is a greedy, uncooperative company that is more interested in sticking it their customers than providing the service they need.
