So I ordered a Large (50) Authentic Yankee jersey for my husband for Christmas. I ordered it well in advance (Nov 28th) so it came in in time for Christmas. Well I get it (which by the way, it came all the way from China) & it looks way too small but since I didn't have time to return it & get a bigger size, I waited until after Christmas to email them to tell them I need a larger size. Well when I go to email them, they tell me there is nothing they can do because they don't make much of a profit. To me, that's not my problem. So I go on their website to copy & past their return policy information on to an email to remind the guy what his companys policy says about returns. Well he says it's not his fault that I ordered the wrong size, but he can give me a $15 refund.
This is unacceptable so to this day I am still fighting back & forth with guy trying to get a return but he still refuses! This has been going on since December 29th, it is now January 12th!
This guys name is EDDIE WINSLET & the website is yankeesmlbjerseys.com
