Last used at Belts in N.Charleston Mall and Exxon Gas Station on Hwy.52; Another charge was placed on 01/10/2012 for MED*1XSELECT SUPPLEMENT/800-500-4325 FL25 (Debit Card REF:65116190) PUR Date 2011, Plus: Another one on the 1/12/2012 listed as -0.29 Foreign Transaction Fee/DF25: Debit Card Debit REF:65116190 PUR DATE 20120110. All 3 gives similar info....The Same source???
