I honestly dont know who is doing it. In two days I have had two transactions one for $2.00 just listing a number and today one for $30.00 giving me membershipcare.net for a website and 866-761-1124 for a phone number. My bank has not helped me with the refunds of my money. I told them I never authorized such deductions, and they told me to contact the company. I need help.
