I am a veteran and was trying to order my separation papers (DD214). The website said 7 days free trial and if this was not what I wanted--just cancel. After being on the site, I realized this wasn't military archives. I cancelled not even a half of an hour. This happened on January 3rd. Today when I looked at my bank account, there was an unauthorized debt of $39.95. I cancelled with in the 7 day free trial. I want my $39.95 credited to my account immediately! I am also a disabled senior citizen.
Thank you
