The site seems to be a front for a Chinese clothing manufacturer that claims to sell designer suits at reduced prices, when in fact these suits are sub-standard knock-offs. The site seems to suggest that the location is in the US and they can offer such reduced prices because they purchase overage items from genuine designers’ manufacturers. It is only after you submit an order that you realize that is a Chinese manufacturer based in Beijing with main company operating under Valuevery.com-Credit card records show Valuevery.com, Beijing. The main company in Beijing, Valuevery.com has setup many Web stores under different names: Suitsbay.com, Valuesuit.com, italiancart.com and valuevery.com in addition to suitcart.com (previously suitlatest.com). All these sites are a front to the same company Valuesuit.com. There are many complaints voices by individuals who placed a purchase with these sites: ranging from refund not honored to product received not to expectation. In general, fraudulent business practices, misrepresentation and misleading advertising.
I placed an order on line on Dec 7, 2011 on suitcart.com (one of the front site for this company) , I realized the moment I placed an order that it was a mistake. I received a suit with the wrong size. I asked for exchange or refund. We agreed on exchange .I sent the suit back as per their instructions to the address they provided) on Dec 17, 2011. They have yet to confirm receipt of the suit. Today I noticed that the site is no longer operating and I am unable to get hold of them. I was charged $216.17 for goods that I have not received.
