I orderd a pair of boots for myself. It is 2 weeks later and I have never received an email with a shipment confirmation and never received them. I cannot find a phone number for customr service- only way to contact them is by email. I called to report the charge to my bank and they are investigating fraud. I also reported my card number as stolen in case the merchant tries to make any more charges on it.
