I ordered the free trial and was aware of the 8 days to cancel from shipping date. By the 8th day I had not received anything and called to cancel. Apparently, the 8 days start upon ordering, thus, 1 week free trial is a complete scam!! After I had cancelled I received a charge of 78.41. I called, and talk to a very rude customer service representative. I was told I could receive a partial refund of $45 or I could ship everything back for a full refund. When I ask for clarification, as I wanted to know if I was able to be refunded for the initial trial product since I would be sending it back (at my own expense) she rudely reminded me that I had been told two options and I needed to pick one. However, I still haven't received any product which means no refund at this point in time.
