Billed since then - but not received!!:
4/12/11 - Rides Serum $73.44 plus $2.20 foreign exchange fee
9/12/11 - Maturelles Revitadrm $ 79.14 plus $2.37 foreign exchange
14/12/11 - Rejuvanew Eye $51.62 plus $1.55 foreign exchange
25/12/11 - Anti Rides Serum $74.01 plus $2.22
