I paid for a free sample of skin care and have found that they have been debiting my credit card with the full amount for 2 products, Skin repair and Skin care revital. They have taken 4 payments to date. I have cancelled the credit card, but my bank (here in the UK) has told me that they can continue to take payments even when the account is closed. My bank said I need to cancel in writing to the company, but I don't know how to do this over the internet.
