I ordered two pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes from this company claiming to be in the USA and suspected something was not right, and subsequently discovered these posts on Scambook. I emailed to cancel my order but the funds had been claimed from Paypal by this time. I lodged a complaint with Paypal and was advised to accept delivery and then return the goods to the seller (based in China!). My case was updated to "goods not as received" and Paypal were communciating with the seller. I supplied emailed and scanned evidence of despatch to Paypal and today I received word that my evidence of despatch was invalid (it was feint and I offered to send the original) and the claim was closed. Not happy at all!!! I have today phoned Paypal to see if the case can be re-opened and the consultant was very helpful and suggested photographing the despatch evidence and sending directly to him (he has re-opened the claim) Hopefully this will result in a refund as this seller is deliberately fraudulent. I can't believe Paypal found in the sellers favour...very disappointed with their protection of buyers.
