I was charged $30.00 and called the 888-475-9335 and the rep kept saying I understand your frustration but, I finally said stop saying BUT and just tell me if you are refunding my money and she said no. I ask to speak with supervisor and she said one moment please while I speak with supervisor and she then stated that the $30.00 would be refunded, she never placed me on hold while she supposedly spoke with supervisor, the money has not been refunded. I never okayed this charged and am sick and tired of these people taking advantage of people when they do nothing but sit on their butts and think of ways to scam people instead of getting an honest job!
