I received a call from Parker(Indian accent) from Microsoft Windows and told that they received notification that my computer was sending them message that it was full of viruses. He told me what I needed to do to delete it and when I couldn't delete it he told me he can go in and look at it and try to delete it for me. I gave him my user name and password and he was in my computer. He then told me he couldn't delete either and that I would have to purchase a package for this amount and he will have his tech people clean up the viruses for me. All I needed was to fill out the form and credit card information and he will go ahead and fix it for me. I told him I would have to think about it and will call him back. When I told my husband what had happened he immediately was suspicious and had me canceled everything because I do banking online, etc. All my information was in my computer that he has access to. I called him back at 3474801148 and Parker picked up and it was his cell phone. He told me the company closes at 7PM Eastern time but I called back much later. I felt so violated! Never will this happen to me again!
