I ordered a 7" Tablet from eglobalelectronics.com for $79.99 on 11/28 and received it on 12/22 for my grandson's Christmas gift. He opened it and was able to use it for 30 minutes. The battery was charged enough to last 30 minutes. But, the charger they sent didn't even fit and would not charge the device. So, the device would no longer turn on. It is a terrible product! I've called the company at least 15 times with no answer. I finally found on their website that you could return the item, but I was responsible for the shipping cost and a 25% "restocking fee". I returned the item and it was delivered to them on 12/29 and I haven't heard anything since.
